    1. Kevin, I cannot squat or deadlift due to my knee problems…but I do leg presses fairly hard and then lunges to built the legs. Bench pressing I am quite hardcore – do 130kg for 3 sets of 8 reps straight and up to 3 times per session. Albeit now I am entering my cutting phase so lighter weights and more reps with supersets…

  3. Very nice collection of mottos, the one I like the most is “Do or Do Not, There is No Try”. I have a friend of mine who, when watching at your photos, insists on saying that such a body can be built up only with steroids. I know that you are natural, but what would yo say to convince him?

    1. Yeah got to love the YODA saying – lol! Thanx Andrew – appreciate the feedback!
      It took me 11 years of hardcore dedication to get where I am so this did not come overnight. When the balance between the building blocks (diet/training to failure/supplements/cutting phase/building phase/resting/) is not right then the body does not respond. When you get that balance right then your body is designed to respond effectively. But most people struggle with one or two of those building blocks and as such never really get anywhere. And also when a guy is over 40 you MUST go for regular testing of your testosterone levels and make sure that it is at healthy levels. If not then does not matter what you do the body will not respond for growth. Due to my vigorous training and healthy lifestyle I am still on the good side of it. Wish u a GREAT day my friend! G.
