Guys, it’s been nearly 2 years since I posted a DUDE TALK article/video. Why? Well, my life just went crazy, plus I honestly did not want to because I had nothing good to say about what’s going on. But alas, I decided one cannot keep their head in the sand. A stand must be made. It is part of adhering to male masculinity…we need to take a stand!
My Hollywood stunt
First off, I had this crazy idea of playing “actor” for a while. It’s one of those things you want to check off your bucket list before you die! I joined in September 2023 after a scout saw my Instagram and called me in for a meeting. So, what happened since? I got a casting part in a fairly big regional advert for Builders Warehouse (actually some good money). Then, I had featured background roles in INVASIVE and LOST GOLD. The big one was G20 where I played an action extra featuring Viola Davids, Anthony Anderson, and Anthony Starr. It’s a film about the G20 conference where a group of security guys take all the world leaders hostage and ask for ransom money to release each to his/her country. Of course, I am one of the baddies! I shot for nearly 15 days in Jan and Feb and received tactical training by a real ex-marine (actually one of Donald Trump’s ex-personal security guys). Now, that was fun. We learned how to invade buildings in groups with all the hand signals and stuff, plus we got various weapons training and how to handle FBI weapons. So yeah, I did a few action scenes in the movie. The best one was with Anthony Starr. He is the big baddie, and I am one of his minions. I had scenes where Viola Davids and Anthony Anderson were an arm’s length away. Of course, no dialogue, guys! I am just an action extra, but man, it was great fun. They better not cut me out! You should see me very clearly in my black suit and tie. I should be featured in quite a few scenes. Haha, I stirred up some in-house drama on the G20 set. Yep, even caught the attention of the higher-ups, though I came pretty close to being escorted off the set. Luckily, it all worked out in the end and turned into a massive unplanned marketing stunt. Now, everyone knows who I am! And to all the friends I’ve made, cheers! Especially to JP, Louis, Gustav, and Daniel.
“Wheel Of Time” is shooting now in Cape Town, and I just missed that boat because it clashed with G20. If all goes well, HOUSE OF DAVID should be the next one. This is just for fun and kicks. I just love the adventure. The money from the movies sucks, but the commercials are good money.
The casting that went wrong!
I actually dragged my wife to one of my castings (for a Swedish Lotto). We were allowed to bring our own “kissing partner.” The script was we had to passionately kiss for 10 seconds, and then I had to pull away and start singing while she was getting perturbed. That was a disaster of epic proportions. First, I did not get the whole script. I thought I could choose any song, but no, it had to be a very specific one. Now, my tonal range is very narrow, so I had to choose my song carefully. Mind you, I can hold a note! But arriving there, they asked me if I knew my song. Bam, it hit me, this is not my song! And the highs and lows are way out of my range. But being me, nothing defeats me! So, I did the smooching (and that was great), and then tried to give my best with that song, eish is all I can say! On the second take, I completely forgot about the song (the smooching was too nice) and started way too late, sounding even more like screaming cats. The film guys laughed and said, “That was good.” I just said, “Dude, don’t you have ears”! Well, I did not get that one – lol.
Real danger
Actually, I had some real action as well. Driving home at 00h00 from Cape Town Film studios one night, some nutcases decided to throw spikes and nails over the main road (N2) to try and get people to stop and, well, rob them (if you are lucky). I got 4 punctures. Three slow and one fast. But I refused to stop. Luckily, I have a Subaru Outback that pulls full time on all 4’s, so that helped to keep the car stable with the flat tire at low speeds. I kept driving slowly for nearly 20 km before I stopped at a safe garage. The wheel was gone; luckily, the rim was still OK, but I actually find that hard to believe, must have been God protecting me. But I shudder at what could have happened! Found alternative routes after that incident!
Dialogue
I must admit I am not too keen to go into dialogue acting. If I do get a role, it needs to be limited dialogue. I am doing it just for the kicks and don’t want to add stress to it. The most difficult thing for me is to learn lines, word for word. The acting is fine, but the talking is not so much – lol.

In between me playing “actor”, I have completed my T-Boosting Protocols Series videos (5 in total). Now, that guys are the information I wished I knew when I turned 50 and my doc said your T-levels are too low! Anyway, it is really worth checking out!
The crazy world
The world? Man, it is going crazy. Locally, a black political leader (Julius Malema) is talking about possible future white genocide in South Africa. Check video HERE. His words in one of his last interviews were “I will not yet call for white genocide.” And yep, nobody is stopping him, he is held up as a hero. So why do you think I am getting so well-tanned lately – lol. Nah, we should not make jokes about this; this is CRAZY!
USA democracy? What’s that?
Now, what “we” think is crazy, watching from the far southern corner of the world, is how one of the leading democracies in the world, the USA, is prosecuting an political opponent that has a very good chance to win the election this year. No matter who says what, this is SO politically motivated. This downgrades the USA political system in my eyes to nearly compare to third world countries. You got to be kidding me. What the hell are you doing Democrats? But then again, common sense seems to have taken a flight out of the good old USA. Men winning women’s sports, children getting mutilated and sterilized, kids getting groomed, sex talks in primary school (are you kidding me), drag queens in schools, and well, it just gets sicker and sicker. The USA was one of the greatest countries ever. But it is sinking very, very fast. Something serious from the inside is happening there. There is an agenda behind all this.
You deserve it Disney!
And as for Disney’s struggles? Well, I welcome it! Let them struggle. When a company I rely on for my children begins to embrace woke ideologies, I’m sorry, but that marks the end of their influence in my household. So, Disney, I challenge you: go ahead and remake Tarzan!
Israel and Gaza?
Let’s say a gang forced themselves into my house, raped my wife, killed one of my kids, burnt another and took one kid as a hostage. What would I do? I would go out and kill every last member of that gang. I will spare, NO ONE. That will never ever happen again. That is what common sense dictates. Everyone knows this and would do the same. This is what happened in Israel. And after it happened, millions cheered in jubulation about this sick, sick act! The world has become evil indeed! The people do not have eyes that see or ears that hear anymore. They are brainwashed to such an extent that they cannot see or hear anymore. The hate flowing in their veins is making them blind to any form of the truth.
As for South Africa’s stance against Israel at the UN, I can just say, Eish! Believe me more than 50% of South Africa feels completely different. I find it difficult to be proud of South Africa under these circumstances. Our nation appears to be governed by a corrupt regime, acting as a pawn for Russia and China. We re sinking even faster than the USA!
AI control
Well, butter my biscuit! I regularly run my article’s or video script through AI to see if I get better angles. And guess what? When I ran this article script through ChatGPT it told me the following:

We are what we let into ourselves
Guys, I actively avoid watching the news lately. It’s just a constant stream of negativity that never seems to end. Instead, I prefer to channel my energy into playing the stock market a bit.
My motto is to surround myself only with positive and uplifting influences. Whether it’s movies, TV shows, books, music, or friends, if you don’t contribute positivity and upliftment to my life, then you’re out! Life is too short to dwell in negativity. Let’s strive to live our best lives possible. If we persistently saturate our minds with negativity, we inevitably become reflections of that darkness. You can quote me on that!
