The trusty Sildenafil Citrate (Viagra) and Tadalafil (Cialis). Of the two Cialis is by far the better solution which give you a 2-day period of mild to strong erections on demand. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH PT-141

My personal experience – this works! Man, my wife is happy with me… This can transform relationships and so much more. But beware – that hardon can be problematic. First it does not subside one bit during the whole night. Now me…I love a hardon. Full stop. So, I don’t mind it a bit. It is a good feeling waking up during night and feel this raging hardon. But it can get so hard that it actually aches. The ache woke me a couple of times during the night, so some guys will find it messing around their sleep pattern. Then off course there is the peeing problem. I mean, peeing upwards presents some challenges. So, in middle of night I have to stand peeing into the basin (!) with my hand in a curve over the erection to control the water flow, so keep that in mind.
