Niwali health products SCAM gets interesting…

With my article in my blog exposing the Niwali scam products, http://gertlouw.com/2013/08/23/niwali-testo-boost-a-scam/,  I created enough heat that forced Niwali to discontinue it’s marketing/advertising of the TestoBoost product (the product is still available on their website but all internet marketing seems to have been stopped…however on 19Nov2013 one of my contacts informed me that a new marketing for the product has appeared on Facebook, albeit excluding me…wonder who they are abusing this time?)

Their management team even contacted me in October 2013 and asked me if we cannot come to some sort of arrangement so that I take down my article on my blog and that we can sort out the misunderstanding.

gert

So they mean, by stealing my pics, making up fake stories filled with lies (and let everyone believe I say it, thereby smearing my face and integrity internationally) and doing a major international marketing campaign, constitutes a “misunderstanding”….
Scary world we live in.

They even did a more ridiculous move and offer me $200 in cash and $200 worth free products to take down my article…all I could do was just laugh!

My blog article is hurting them because it is just below their main website in google rankings with search term: Niwali.

The hits on my blog, just for the Niwali article, is in excess of 300 people per day. This theoretically means that 300+ people per day will reconsider using the Niwali products and especially TestoBoost. That must make a HUGE dent in their profits!

Anyone searching for them on the web sees my exposing article/s and thus will think twice about ordering Niwali products. It might not scare of their old customers, but it is sure gonna let every new customer think twice.

Any attorney out there that want to make some money?

In the deepest south of South Africa you will find me. Dwelling in the most beautiful city in the world, Cape Town. I live close to God and try to follow in the footsteps of Christ as led the Holy Spirit. I am a fitness freak right now…but struggle with the cardio – my body just not built for much cardio! The weights I LOVE throwing around! The battle against the weights and intense strength required, is really my cup of tea! I am one of those LOUD guys in gym while training, that’s why I train when as little as possible people around…lol! Starting now with my building phase (3 months) and me and my training partner is really pushing each other to new heights. He is more cardio orientated than me so he is currently KILLING ME! SO 6-PACK, I AM WAITING…SHOW ME HOW DEEP YOUR CUTS CAN GO! Other passions include Karate and Judo and wrestling (and off course surfing for many years). Karate I did for many years, Judo 4 yrs and for a short period kickboxing until I was knocked silly one time with blood all over and teeth protruding through my lip, but if I have to choose over, I would choose wrestling…simply because of the brutal power against power game with your opponent. Love it. Love my home theatre hobby, making youtube videos and spending time with family! Can’t wait for 4K projectors to hit mainstream! For those interested, this blog is my database of all my fitness and transformation knowledge. And NO (!) I am not getting any money for it, not selling anything on it and neither do I promote anything on it or getting sponsored by anybody. My blog is simply where I want to help other guys living a healthier life and become the best they can be, inside and out and ultimately it is my legacy I want to leave my one and only son – now 7 y/o and already eager to get his 6-pack! I started my healthy living after a very close call with death at age 40 and since then fighting against severe kidney and liver damage. Don’t like talking about it, but this is now 10 years after I was given 2 years to live. After much hardship one of my main aims now is to assist other guys with healthy living and transforming themselves inside and out. I don’t know how much grace will still be given me, but I live now every moment to be the best I can be. To be the best bodybuilder I can be, the best father, best husband and best friend to those whom my paths crosses. I want to live a life worth living and not just do what excites me or pleases me. Living with grace everyday, death becomes a closer reality. This is how I view it: ~DEATH~ A sick man turned to his doctor as he was preparing to Leave the examination room and said, ‘Doctor, I am afraid to die. Tell me what lies on the other side..’ Very quietly, the doctor said, ‘I don’t know..’ ‘You don’t know? You’re, a Christian man, and don’t know what’s on the other side?’ The doctor was holding the handle of the door; On the other side came a sound of scratching and whining, And as he opened the door, a dog sprang into the room And leaped on him with an eager show of gladness. Turning to the patient, the doctor said, ‘Did you notice my dog? He’s never been in this room before. He didn’t know what was inside.. He knew nothing except that his master was here, And when the door opened, he sprang in without fear. I know little of what is on the other side of death, But I do know one thing… I know my Master is there and that is enough.’ Feel free to contact me directly if you wish. Reading this far, the last bit important info on me you need to know, is that my anchor in life is Jesus Christ. Please bear in mind, English is my 2nd language and as a result their might be spelling, grammatical and other language errors in my blog – I do apologise for this! Wish you all many blessings. 1. They have been scamming me for the past 3 months. They are sending me in circles so that they don’t actually refund me for the bottle I never ordered and followed their exact directions on returning. Mid November I ordered a trial bottle of Garcinia and Ultimate Cleanse. A week after receiving it I was charged the full amount for the bottle of Ultimate Cleanse. I called and spoke with Justin Parker on 11/26/14. He gave me an RMA # to return the bottle of ultimate cleanse and told me I could try the Garcinia for a few weeks longer and let them now if it was working by 12/25/14. I told him I would let them know but I did not want any more bottles sent to me. I was charged $95.90 on 12/1/14 (only a few days later) for that bottle of Garcinia. Then I was charged again on 12/15/14 for a 2nd bottle that was apparently on its way to me. I called Niwali to see what was going on. They said they had no record of me cancelling any future orders even though all phone calls are recorded. I was told they couldn’t do anything over the phone and had to email their customer support. I spent weeks going back and forth with Christian Pareja trying to get an RMA# to send back the trial bottle as well as the unopened bottle that I had not even received yet. I was told to use the same RMA # to return both bottles. I returned them separately to avoid confusion. However, I was only partially refunded for the trial bottle and not refunded at all for the unopened bottle. I called and spoke with Daniel on 1/17/15 and explained the situation. He said he saw where the error was and they had marked it as only one returned but he could see where there were two bottles returned. He told me that since it was a holiday weekend the department to correct the situation was not there but to call back on Tuesday and he had put a note in the computer for them to correct it. Due to my long work hours I wasn’t able to call until today. When I called today, the man told me he could not help me and I needed to send an email to their customer support (support@niwali.com) yet again to request a refund. I told him this was unacceptable and that I was told to call and they would correct it. He just kept saying that he couldn’t do anything. I asked to speak to a manager. He said they had managers but that they do not take calls. I expressed how horrible their customer service is and that I’ve been dealing with this for almost 3 months. I sent the email and I called back to see if I could get someone that would help since some actually do and others refuse to. The woman that answered was very rude to me and actually hung up on me. I was not using any profanity with her or yelling at her. There was absolutely no reason for her to be that rude to me. From my experiences so far, this company continues to scam me, coming up with excuses on why they charged me and cannot complete the refund at that moment and I need to complete all these steps. But when I complete those steps I’m just met with more excuses on why it can’t be done at that time.

      1. I guess the old saying “If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!” continues to be proven to be correct over theBob long life of this quotation. My experience with Niwali is basically the same as the bulk of the comments of all the negative experiences people have had! Thanks for helping people find the truth about this company!!!

  2. For no reason at all, I was sent something in an envelope that I never opened and never even ordered. I didn’t open it up but I Googled the return address and found the phone number to call and let them know I never ordered their product and I plan on sending it back but on their website it says you can’t send anything back without a proper RMA# so I called to get one and they told me I had to email them. Which I have done and they are digging their heels into me saying I ordered it. Come on, do I really need Testosterone as a 56 year old woman? Please, get real folks. I will follow this to the end if I have to get off their mailing list and I will get a full refund from them if I have to turn them into the BBB. This is really shotty how they just randomly sent this to me. I don’t even know what product they sent me, but I DON’T want it!!!
