Niwali Health Products/Testo Boost and Amino Prime A SCAM!

Shady products from a shady company – http://www.niwali.com and Amino Prime

Niwali amino prime

The truth needs to be told…be aware of any Niwali products, let me give you insight:

They illegally used my transformation pic with a fake story to promote their product: niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime.

b4_after_2

So first of all the Niwali TestoBoost product definately does NOT work because they had to lie to get testimonials and secondly, any Niwali products is now highly questionable and as such I will be very wary of ALL their products.

This was the link to the original web add (When I checked on 7th nov 2013 they’ve taken it down due to fact that I created too much heat for them): modern-man-mag.com/musclestack3.html

The transformation pic right at the bottom is me and the whole story is a fake…I’ve never use their products.

Plus they state that I did above transformation in 4 weeks! The truth is I did it in 4 years with hardcore training before they’ve even developed their product!

If you want to know how I did my transformation WITHOUT Niwali (!) then here is the link:

http://gertlouw.com/my-transformation-program/

What these people further do, is they use the same products and brand it under different names and labels to keep the ball rolling when one product has been tainted by bad press and caught out.

They are reeling in MILLIONS of dollars from unsuspecting clients with a product that does not work and by stealing “proof” photos and make up fake stories…

Please people be very wary of products before you buy them…don’t look at pics but speak to someone u know had success…only then will you get the truth!

I’ve seen that these guys starting to use the exact same marketing material now to promote new testosterone and Growth hormone boosters. It is safe to assume that all info and picture/stories in these new adds is also all fake. The adverts layout and wording and pictures is exactly the same. They steal left, right and centre photos from guys (and girls) over the internet and use it to blatantly promote their products.

If you really HAVE to try a testosterone booster, ONLY try one from a well know, long established fitness supplements brand. NEVER try one from a new or unknown company.
In any case the real effects of these testosterone boosters is so small that it is close to unnoticable. It is a LOT of money for very little real world effects.

ALL of the advertising marketing hype is lies…ALL of it. The sooner you realize that the better for your pocket.
Stay clear from the testosterone and hgh boosters and stick to the basics supplements, ZMA, CREATINE, WHEY, GLUTAMINE and BCAA’s- u don’t want to hear it, but these supps with a clean diet (6 – 7 small meals a day) and a solid training regime which allows enough rest is THE BEST solution for the quickest results without steroids…and by quick I mean 6 months plus and for older guys 2 years plus…yes, that is how long it takes for a real transformation.

If your really WANT to transform in a short time, well…then you will have to consider anabolic steroids…because the truth is NOTHING but steroids will get you there in 3 months. And the real laughing matter is, the marketing hype surrounding the testosterone booster products claims a total transformation in 4 weeks…really utter lies!

For those that really consider the anabolic steroid option, please first read the article http://gertlouw.com/2013/01/31/to-steroid-or-not/   “Too Steroid or NOT”, I’ve posted in my blog.

UPDATE 0n 11 November 2013:

The wheel seems to be turning…
With my article in my blog exposing the Niwali scam products I created enough heat that forced Niwali to discontinue it’s marketing/advertising of the TestoBoost product (the product is still available on their website but it seems most internet marketing has been stopped).
Their management team even contacted me and asked me if we cannot come to some sort of arrangement so that I take down my article on my blog and that we can sort out the misunderstanding.

EISH!!! So they mean, by stealing my pics, making up fake stories filled with lies (and let everyone believe I say it) and doing a major international marketing campaign with that constitutes a “misunderstanding”….
Scary world we live in.

My blog article is hurting them because it is just below their main website in google rankings.

ScamAdvisor.com who rates internet websites for their trustworthiness gave http://www.niwali.com a ZERO PERCENT rating! Read the comments on http://www.scamadvisor.com regarding Niwali, it is shocking. You WILL lose money if you give your credit card details to them. You cannot say you have not been warned: shady site, shady products, scamming people’s money, stealing people s photos with fake stories to promote fake products, zero percent trustworthiness rating, the list goes on and on…

Any attorney out there that want to make some money?

(with STOLEN photos, FAKE stories and just PURE LIES!):

SPECIAL REPORT: Lean Muscle in a Bottle? Get 6 Pack Abs in Just 1 Month With These 2 Muscle Supplements That Celebrities Use.

This report was created by Men’s Health to expose the truth behind a very weird diet

Staff reporter Bryan Stevens investigates a weird muscle solution that is quickly gaining popularity around the world. Read his shocking findings to building incredible muscle mass in less than 1 month.

(Men’s Health) – For the past few months our readers have been going crazy over two new free products that are helping men lose fat and get ripped in less than a month. Even celebrities like Daniel Craig and Gerard Butler have lost a ton of body fat and added an insane amount of muscle using these two products.

These products are clinically proven to flush out the toxins in your body, melt away body fat and pack on tons of muscle. It’s a deadly combo for getting insanely ripped. In this article, we’ll tell you exactly why these products work and why they warrant a special report.

We know that putting on muscle often feels like an impossible challenge. At Men’s Health, we’ve evaluated numerous fad muscle programs and it seems like everything is expensive and nothing really works. The reason why most programs fail is because they impose unrealistic restrictions on your daily life. Some tell you to eat tons of protein while others emphasize the importance of carbohydrates. In either case, you have to make drastic changes to your regular diet. In this special report, we take an in-depth look at a new and promising trend that we think is easy to use and yields real results.

The product we’re talking about is Hyper Fuel 9 X. You may have seen this supplement in the news or on TV as the completely safe and powerful “secret” used by celebrities and body builders around the world. Today, we are leaking their secret and teaching you how to get muscular celebrity bodies for free. In this special report, you’ll learn about these two promising new products, niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime.

Gerard Butler uses muscle supplements like niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime to lose fat fast, while gaining extreme muscle.

niWali Testo Boost’s high anti-oxidant content and powerful strength gaining properties make it a muscle-building machine. If you’re feeling skeptical right now, you’re not alone. When we first learned about this fat-burning/muscle-building combo our fad radar went off right away.

Despite our doubts about niWali Testo Boost, the countless success stories reported worldwide made us take a second look at this trend. What particularly interested us was the fact that these people saw results without having to significantly change their lifestyles or eating habits. Combine niWali Testo Boost with Amino Prime and you’ve created an automatic muscle building machine.

Jack Evans from London reported that he lost fat and gained 14 lbs of muscle in just 5 weeks using only the niWali Testo Boost and combo muscle diet.

On his blog he wrote,

“I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I didn’t have to change my diet or my daily routine at all. I just took two pills a day and the fat melted off like butter and I literally got shredded. I now have muscles that I didn’t even know existed. I even have a 6-pack now, which is the best part. The girls love it”

At Men’s Health, we decided to try the niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime diet for ourselves. For the test, I wanted to be the guinea pig because I was training to be in a fitness competition and needed to slim down and gain many pounds of muscle. To try out the niWali Testo Boost and NO2 Maximus I decided to get a free trial of niWali Testo Boost. Although there are many muscle supplement offers available, I chose this site because they are one of the most credible and trustworthy suppliers on the market. While most niWali Testo Boost products use lower concentrations of the strength gaining extract, this supplier has one of the concentrated and purest products on the market. Everyone at Men’s Health agreed that this product would give me the best results for my test.

niWali Testo Boost & Amino Prime have been featured in ESPN magazine highlighting olympic athletes performance and muscle gains.

The free trial bottle of niWali Testo Boost was delivered in a few days from ordering and with surprisingly inexpensive shipping. Hyper Fuel 9 X is one of the most concentrated and purest muscle building products on the market. It was our shared opinion that this would give me the most accurate results for my test.

niWali Testo Boost has been clinically proven to:

(This is the first step in the process. This one is the hemo-dilator that builds lean muscle. It’s completely legal, safe, and has none of the bad steroid-like side effects.)

  • Enhance athletic performance and strength
  • Pump more blood into muscles by expanding veins and capillaries
  • Deliver nutrients to muscles at a faster rate, which quickly builds lean, solid mass
  • Give muscles more definition and size
  • Have positive sexual side effects (I’m not even kidding. my favorite muscle seems bigger too. Probably from the expanded blood vessels)

Although we were pretty skeptical, we wanted to find out for ourselves if the supplements could do everything it claimed. Most of the success stories we heard about combined niWali Testo Boost with an additional amino acid supplement to achieve maximum muscle goals. The idea is that the Amino Prime will help you lose most of the weight and gain energy while the amino acid supplement will take off the hard to lose fat and allow your body to burn calories more efficiently. After further research, we chose to test Amino Prime as our secondary supplement.

Amino Prime has been clinically proven to:

(This is the anabolic performance enzyme. Now this is the key! Taking niWali Testo Boost in the morning and Amino Prime later on really sped up my shred.)

  • Uptake 10x more protein
  • Fights free radical damage to muscles
  • Eliminate stomach fat
  • Increase sexual performance
  • Burn calories even at rest
  • Get rid of bloated “puffy” look
  • Boost nitric oxide levels
  • Accellerate Muscle Revovery
  • Help give muscles shape and definition

Both niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime arrived within 4 days of having placed my order online for the free trials and were inexpensive to ship.
To test out the product, I took one niWali Testo Boost pill every morning and one Amino Prime pill every evening for 4 weeks.

  1. Take one niWali Testo Boost pill per day (in the morning)
  2. Take one Amino Prime pill per day (in the evening)
These Were My Results – 15 lbs of Muscle In Just 1 MonthWeek One:After 1 week on the new routine, I was surprised by how fast and dramatic the effects were. My energy level was up and I wasn’t as hungry as I usually was. This is a welcomed side effect of niWali Testo Boost and its power to curb appetite. I honestly felt fantastic and best of all, I didn’t have to change anything about my daily routine. On Day 7, I got on the scale (this new digital scale that measures fat and muscle composition) and couldn’t believe my eyes–I had gained 2.5 lbs in muscle mass. But still I wasn’t completely convinced. They say that in the beginning of some muscle programs, you lose a lot of water weight and gain a lot of muscle. I wanted to see if I would still gain this much muscle in the upcoming weeks. But it sure was looking up! I now weighed under 155 pounds for the first time in years!Week Two:After 2 weeks of using both supplements I had more energy and was sleeping more soundly than ever. I wasn’t waking up in the middle of the night or tossing and turning because my body was able to relax (a result of the supplements’ detoxifying properties, I think). I also managed to lose another 7 pounds of fat, putting me at an unbelievable 150 lbs in just 2 weeks. I could also feel a 6-pack coming through, which my girlfriend loved. Hell yeah!At this point I started to put more faith in these muscle products as more than just a gimmick.Week Three:After 3 weeks, all my doubts and skepticisms had vanished! I had gained 12.5 lbs of pure muscle and had lost 8 pounds of fat. All the fat on the sides of my stomach were completely gone. My stomach was so defined I finally had a 6-pack! These products are just amazing. I lost a ton of fat and the muscle gains are UNREAL.I still had a lot of energy as well. Usually around the third week of other diets you tend to run out of steam. But with niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime my energy levels didn’t dip. Instead, they remained steady throughout the day! I even noticed that my stomach was digesting food better, no bloating or embarrassing gas after I ate.Week Four:After the fourth week, I was completely shocked by my final results. I gained an unbelievable 16 lbs of muscle mass since starting the niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime routine! Everyone at Men’s Health wants to try the diet now. In week 4 I lost 7 more lbs of fat on top of the 16 lbs of muscle I had gained. I was ready and confident for the fitness competition. I am definitely going to continue taking Hyper Fuel 9 X because it produces consistent, amazing results and has so many other muscle building compounds which help with muscle memory and maintaining mass.

b4_after_2

I couldn’t be any happier with the results.
I gained 16 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks . No Special Diet, No Intense Exercise.

I gained 16 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks. No Special Diet, No Intense Exercise.

In conclusion, if you want to lose fat and gain muscle mass but are doubtful about the effects of this routine, you need to try it for yourself. From my own experiment for Men’s Health, we can tell you that the results are real. We at Men’s Health had our own doubts initially, but we were quickly turned into believers. After conducting our own studies, we are also pleased to see that people are really finding success with this diet.
You can reach your weight loss goals with the niWali Testo Boost and Amino Prime combo diet,

  1. I (sort of accidentally) ordered the ‘free trial’ weight loss product. The website made me purchase 3 more so called ‘free’ products because the webpage said “if you hit back button you might be charged twice’. So I had to complete the purchase because I didn’t want to hit back and close the window. Then I received 4 e-mails for the 4 purchases. I then did an extensive research on the web about the company (Kinvada, Niwali, Sacred Eden and some other names showed up. They are all the same, same people, same products etc.) I’ve learned the fact that they immediately make you a subscriber to the product and if you do not send’em back in 15 days you are charged the full price repeatedly every month. I also read the cancellation is extremely hard. I called the company in the morning and cancelled my orders before they were shipped and my unauthorized subscription /membership. Before that I also had sent an e-mail and (still’ nobody replied.

A woman on the phone gave me a cancellation ID number and said that she would send a confirmation e-mail about cancellation in 10-20 minutes. It’s been more than 30 hours and I still haven’t received an e-mail. I’m afraid they’re going try to sell me the products. I hope they don’t send a package to my address.

I called my bank and reported a possible fraud. They have closed my debit card. I told them everything I know about the company/companies and how they start a CPA (continuous payment authority) on your debit card without asking you.

The thing is, if you ask them they say everything is clear in the term of use. But the information is embedded in the website somewhere and the website make visitors ‘purchase’ things by scaring them (if you click back you might be charged twice etc.)

So, my debit card is cancelled, my subscription/shipments and orders are cancelled (I hope, I have a cancellation number but I DO NOT TRUST THEM at all!) but I am still afraid that these people will try to sell me stuff and desperately try to charge me on my cancelled debit card.

The worst thing is, these kind of organizations can take this even far calling you or sending you letters with fake debt holder company names and might threaten you with legal action if you do not pay the so called debt. I hope they wouldn’t try to do such thing, not because I would buy it and give them money. I just do not want to spend my billable hours with these lower beings.

Gertlouw, I am also really sorry for your situation but thank you for sharing this with people. I would like to hear if you have any further recommendations for my situation.

For your info by the way, the company (the main one at least) seems to be Colombian, not American. They also include addresses in Scotland, UK and USA (mainly FL and CA). Be wary everyone, this is a TOTAL scam and these people are trying to make millions out of this.

    1. I thank you so much for this info, everyone needs to hear this. You have already done the best possible thing and that is cancellation of your cards. It is the only way you can be sure they cannot steal money from you anymore. Wish you a great day bud and let’s keep spreading the news about these scammers! Gert

      1. I too have been a victim of this scam. I have emailed them with no response.
I received 12 confirmation emails regarding my new shipments.
I called within the allotted time to cancel.
Now they refuse to refund my money. Especially since the product does not work.
I was told this is a FREE trial, so why not try, after all, it was free.

I have changed my account and notified my bank of these fraudulent charges.
Hopefully there will be a positive outcome from this horrible experience.

        shutch

  2. I was duped by these guys aswell, as a bigger guy I figured hey why not. Then I realized that it was an auto-bill, those bastards lol. So I JUST called and cancelled my account with them and on the phone it sounded like the person I was talking to was in a heavily crowded area on speaker phone lol.. super professional. So now its time for me to stop being lazy and actually commit to doing it myself rather than leaning on “miracle” supplements. Thanks for the article brother, opened my eyes for sure.

    1. Thanx for the feedback Matty and taking the time to post here. The more people that know the better.
Wish you a great day and MUCH success with the muscle building…and yip the diet and training correctly covers 97.5% of your bodybuilding success. The BEST supplements out their at most only helps about 2.5%. So stick to what you KNOW that works.
      Gert

    1. Yip – this what they do. As soon as they get to much heat on a product they change the label and name and just start the process from scratch “stealing” money from people! Crazy man! Have a great day bud. G.

  3. thanks a lot for the time you put into this article and letting people know about this scam instead of taking the cash and running. I was seriously considering on buying this product until i decided to do a little research and saw this… All natural is the way to go bottom line.. thnx again

  4. Hey guys and gals there is a super fast way I have done myself to stop getting charged by these fraudulent companys… if you used your bank card to purchase anything like this and see recurring charges, I called the bank and had them cancel my card first and then issue me another with a new number. I have also reported it stolen and canceled so that when the company tries to use it,, it makes them look like thieves.. it doesnt bother me bc they are theives and liars!! Haha I just wanted everyone to know how to get help fast especially if you are going to have to pay it anyway.. much faster than opening a claim!
    Good luck all

      1. Your welcome! You saved me from this product. . I had been looking at it for weeks and decided to do a google search and found you!! So THANK YOU for having this on here.

  5. Hello there! Would you mind if I share your blog with my facebook group?

There’s a lot of people that I think would really appreciate
your content. Please let me know. Cheers

  6. Gert,
I have had a similar experience with Advanced TestoBoost. I am a college athlete and I’ve been testing certain products to see what really helps me. I saw the Niwalli product and thought why not since all I had to do was pay shipping and handling. Soon after they kept shipping me more and more bottles. I even called them and cancelled my order. I tried to send the bottles back and Niwalli would deny the packages and they would be returned. I was charged $64.95 each time. I eventually had a lawyer call and threaten legal action if they did not stop. Luckily they have stopped now and when I paid off for all the product I have received I cancelled my back account and opened a new one. These guys lie and are a shame for a business. I have already contacted the BBB and filed numerous complaints. If you need help getting the word out about this company, let me know! Hopefully we can stop them before more people get scammed.

    Jim

    1. Jim,

Many thanx for the input bud. Soooo important people hear this. Crazy that such companies continue to operate!
Stay strong and train hard bud.
      Gert

  7. I already have a so-called “body,” but have had a hard time putting on more weight after a six month break from weight lifting (still have been active in sports).

I came across the ad in a random Weird Celebrity Facts page that was connected to WikiAnswers for another question.

Being young, I believed there was such an easy route to get the extra kick to perform better in my sport. I believed everything I read.

I was just about to order the free trial on their website yesterday. After I filled out my contact information, I continued on to the page where my billing information is required. The thought: Nothing is more sketchier than the word “free” online, was lingering in my head. So I immediately closed down the page and decided to do more research before I proceeded.

That was in the middle of the night, so the next morning (today) I received an email from them asking me why I didn’t complete the order and more information about their product. I responded with “How can you assure me that your product is 100% legitimate?” I have not yet received a reply.

I’d like to thank you for creating this article. I only wonder if any damage is done from providing them my basic contact information.

    Spencer

    1. Hi Spencer…

The important thing is u found out before you ordered!
Well, just keep monitoring that credit card and if any susupicious activity immediately contact your bank and stop the card. In nearly all such circumstances the bank refund teh money because there is proof that you did not sign for such order.
Wish you a great day and keep working out hard and eat to grow…it is easier than you think, just take dedication.
      Gert

  8. What the hell, I just read the same article except they had a different name for the supplements, sneaky little bastards haha!!!

  9. I just ordered mine from them like an idiot cancelling my card tomorrow first thing and definitely not gonna take the product. Good thing I found these reviews and now know its a scam!

  10. Glad i read this man. i knew it had to be a hoax. i bought the product and it sat here for a long time. the internet was flooded with all these great signs that this product was the best! never heard anything wrong about it. reading this blog and them trieng to act smart with you. and you handing them a bag of thier own dog crap back made me smile. we need you in congress brother. thanks for the eye opener! James Cumberland Rhode Island

    1. Congress…never mate…I am tooooo much of a peacloving guy – lol!
      But thanx for the support.
Keep your eyes wide open, there are MANY scam products out there!
Most of these “proof” photos and stories are stolen and fake.
      Have a great day bud.
      Gert

  11. Hey Gert just wanted to say thanks for this article you saved me from making a big mistake. i haven’t bought anything from these guys yet i was just doing my research first and read this article. guess it still stands to what they say. “if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is”

    1. Clay…unfortunately it ALWAYS works like that…”if it sounds to good to be true then it is”. Especially in the fitness industry, because in this industry it is very easy to make a claim but very difficult to verify or substantiate that claim (and if it looks verified by photos and stories supplied, I guarentee you they are stolen/fake or someone has been paid a lot of money to lie). There is no quick fix to get a great body but serious hard work and very focussed dieting. Even with steroids it does not happen by itself but still requires (contrary to popular believe) very hard work to achieve a great body. Wish u a blessed 2014! Gert

  12. So I must say that I did my research after the fact, so I’m the only one to blame for that. I saw the ad for the testo boost and amino prime a week ago. I ordered a free trial of both like an idiot I called this niwali today to cancel future auto ships before they billed be a crazy amount. They say I have to send everything back to them to avoid future charges. That is crap but I will probably do it to make sure I avoid new charges. These people are crooks.

I also want to say that I am just starting to try and transform my body. I started three weeks ago I am 6’3 and was 310 pounds I’ve dropped 20 lbs just with diet and cardio an hour a day. I got this crap to try to speed the process up wish I would have read this first.

Ya’ll on here seem to know more about proper diet and excersize than I do. Does anyone have any advise to a new person to this.

Thanks and I’m glad you exposed these crooks

    1. Scott,

Don’t feel alone, there are many unsuspecting people falling for this trap! The important thing is that we do our bit to spread the word about them.
Hope u don’t loose too much money.
Advise for a newby? Here is the link to my complete diet and training program and all my tips and tricks. It is the prorgam I used for my transformation. Hope it helps! http://gertlouw.wordpress.com/my-transformation-program/
      Wish you a great day!
      Gert

  13. Gert,
Thank you so much for these posts, the honesty and info they contained, and for standing for what’s right. I ordered one of the products offered. Honestly, I feel like an idiot. I should and do know better (contrary to my purchase). I formerly trained devoutly but, over the last couple years, I’ve slipped. Bad. I was desperate (as I’m sure MANY of the people who see these predatory ads are) for a new beginning, a new life. I’ll continue my regimine in the proper ways.
Thank you for the reminder and heads up!
    D

    1. Thanx for the feedback buddy. Yeah man, these predatory ads get many an unsuspected customer and even some of us who knows more! You got the skills, u know it is hard work, diet and dedication that pays off. Make it happen. Wish u success! G.

  14. Gert, take a look at the link in the comment above www-menslifestyles.com

It doesn’t even feature our product.. It promotes RevTest and and Xtreme Antler.. We don’t manufacture or carry any of those products and never did.

These people are professional affiliates or resellers. They keep rotating brands and offer urls that they get from networks.. they have ways to cloak their pages and jump from one brand to another and only care about the quick cash and not the damage they cause to the brands or people.

It’s hard to police them and with what happened here we are getting better and better at it… It sucks to be pointed out as the bad guys when we actually care and our fault was basically not noticing it on time… I wish I could stop that page but I can’t.. just as I cannot stop you from doing this.

    1. Hi (not sure if it is Ben or Veronica…no name present?)

The fact that other companies also abuse/steal my photos with fake stories does not take the blame away from you.
I will act in the same manner with that products/companies and perform my negative marketing for them as well.

I stick to my point, NONE of the high profile supplement brands (Universal, USN, Optimum, MuscleTech, etc…) have these issues simply because they control their marketing through approved high integrity channels. Companies like you however, want to make the quick easy buck on the internet. You are well aware that the marketing channels you choose is abusing people’s photos with fake stories (smearing the integrity internationally) but you don’t mind because u just want to make the quick buck. Now it is boomeranging because I am on your case and the negative publicity is just a bit too much and it is influencing your sales. You are simply reaping the what you have sowed.

I will most definately increase my negative marketing on the Niwali TestoBoost product as well as on ALL other product that steal my photos and make up fake stories and smearing my integrity. Someone has make a stand and if it has to be me, so be it.

You will unfortunately feel increasing pressure from my negative marketing spreading the truth out there through all channels until such time that the Niwali TestoBoost product disappear completely from the market – this I will do with all products and companies stealing my photos with fake stories made up.

I wish you a great day.
      Gert Louw

  15. Gert,

Thank you for voicing your experiences and research. I was captured by the above article but instead of niwali testoboost and amino prime, the article i read was about testoboost and 1285muscle. Everything in the article was the same but amino prime was replaced by 1285muscle. That in itself smells of deceit. At the time, I thought to myself what’s the harm in trying it for free as they were advertising so I went ahead and ordered the two products on Oct 26th. I was subsequently billed the shipping charges (around $10) for both on Oct. 29. On Nov. 11 my credit card was billed for the full cost of the product $64.54 (Canadian dollars, taxed included). I called the company and the person I spoke with said that they send you 60 capsules with which you have 14 days (from date of order, in my case, Oct. 26) to try it and decide if you want it or not. If those 14 days have passed, they will continue to bill you as in my case and further bill you every month for a continuous supply until you call to cancel. I have no recollection of reading and accepting any such agreement, but for lack of proof and diligence on my part at time of order, I have no recourse. I have not touched any of the pills thankfully and will return them for a refund asap. At this point I don’t care if the products work or not. Trying to trick people into buying your product is unforgivable.

    Regards,

    Sean

  16. Gert,

Nobody should have their picture used without their consent.
That’s not fair and you are completely right to be upset.

As previously mentioned to you, your pictures have never been
hosted on the Niwali.com website nor any other properties under
OUR control. Therefore, we want to state, we (Niwali) did not use
your picture nor information to post misleading ads.

You think we would go through all the hassle of setting up a company,
developing a formulation, paying labs, employing people, building a
customer base to end up stealing your picture and risk destroying our
    brand in the process?

Would we be stupid enough to claim that with our product you
can get results like yours in 4 weeks? Who even believes that???
There is no supplement in the world that can do that!!

We work hard to keep our customers happy and we have real case
stories of people achieving success with our products as you can
    see here – niwaliDOTwistiaDOTcom/medias/333hken36h

We don’t need to make up fake stories and we don’t want to do that.

Now, the people who stole YOUR pictures and caused YOU harm
are also causing US harm at the same time. They are unscrupulous
resellers who don’t care about anything else other than making a dollar.

They will steal pictures, lie and hype just to resell the product and pocket
their commissions… generating unhappy customers in the process.

As you know we are in no way associated with Amino Prime, the other
product promoted inside the pages you found. Why would we even
bother promoting a product that’s not ours with a story that’s not ours!?

The fact that you stopped seeing the ads is because we have tightened internal
compliance processes and halted traffic from any such misleading pages advertising
our products… because just as these pages hurt your image, those stupid
claims and stupid recommendations of other products are hurting our brand
    and image just as well.

You can see that the Amino Prime people don’t care. They don’t
even bother contacting you or replying to these threads. And our offer for
$200 + $200 in product was a friendly invitation to see that we are a
legitimate company with a legitimate product… not an attempt to buy you out.

Honestly, I’m sorry that you fell victim to this.

    1. Hi Veronica (I assume it is Veronica again?)

I thank you for your response.
The last thing I want to do is cause someone harm by my actions. I’ve been there and I do not want to do it to anyone else. I’ve considered what you have said.
Unfortunately I cannot agree with you. I am a businessman myself and also in the supply chain and have good insight in these matters.

      The following:
      1. As a business you cannot entrust your product to any distributor without a signed contract on his/her rights as how to promote your product. Basic business rule, because they deal in your product and if they do it wrong it can harm your product/company. Should it be true that these people are also causing you harm, then you should know exactly who they are (as per signed contract) and should make a serious legal case against them. [Thus why all high level supplement companies have tightly controlled marketing campaigns that only operates within their approved criteria, examples: Universal, USN, MuscleTech, MusclePharm, etc… These companies never deal with issues like this]

      2. These marketing ads did not provide any place for clients to order the TestoBoost Niwali product, so by simply searching google any person can see that it must be ordered from your site. If these people provided a different ordering mechanism than your site then maybe you have a point. So the only people that scored by these high profile international marketing campaigns was you/your company. It was adds that promoted product awareness and not ads to sell a product directly to public – such campaigns are ALWAYS done by the mother company because it is ONLY them that score.

      3. I was but only one of many people that got abused in this way by stealing photos and making up fake stories smearing peoples integrity and I maybe the only one with the necessary channels and influence to fight this battles on their behalves…which means I am gonna take it as far as I can. Someone has to stop this abusing of people by companies. I am not going to stop until this matter is resolved or at the very least the Niwali TestoBoost product and Amino Prime disappear from the market.

      4. The fact that the Amino Prime product is not available on your site, does not indicate much at this stage. I have no proof that you or your company is not involved with this product as well…I did try to track it but the origin/distribution of this product is hard to find. [I find it interesting about how you know that the Amino Prime people did not contact me? I did NOT share this knowledge with you.]

My conclusion is – If this is hurting your company as claimed and you are completely innocent, you should take serious legal action against the guilty party for damages caused. When this has been done get back to me and we can talk about me taking my blog articles down.

Should I be convinced at any point that you are truly completely innocent, I will act accordingly. Unfortunately at this stage I am not.

I truly wish you a great day.

    1. I did not use any weird products but sticked to the basics: Whey protein, Creatine, ALA, Glutamine, multi-vit and pre-workout supplement.
For my complete list of supplements, diet and detailed training regimen, see link: http://gertlouw.wordpress.com/my-transformation-program/
Nearly all these testosterone bosoter products are worthless. Much hype with very little proof and that is why they have to steal photos or bribe people to lie.
If u HAVE to spend money on it, then go for the big, well established brands like Universal and the likes…
      Wish u success bud!
      Gert

    2. They may have stopped for a bit, or even stopped using your likeness completely…but their ad appeared on my FB page today.

      1. Flex, yeah man, I think it is just wishfull thinking to think that companies like that will stop. They will just find new ways to rip off people and continue with their lies. At least they stop abusing my pics. Wonder who they are abusing now?!
Anywayz…thanx for letting me know. Have a great day. Gert

  17. These supplements contain Creatine, for which they claim that its a good testosterone booster. But creatine has nothing to do with testosterone boosting.

  18. Gert,
Thank you for this information!! I have put a lot of hard work into my transformation!! I am still not done!!! I still have a slight gut but still working hard to get rid of it! again thank you for this information!!

    Vince

    1. Vince – yeah man, I question any product that has this before and after pics and claims its obtained in crazy time periods. Even on steroids the guys only get a noticable transformation in not less than 3 months. These claims of 4 and 6 weeks is simply utter lies!
So train hard my friend, sharpen that diet more and maybe some extra cardio – get that last bit of fat out of the way and stun us with your transformation! Wish u MUCH success! Gert

  19. Gert,

Good for you for speaking up and speaking out. People like these manufacturers/ distributors count on people being afraid to speak up. Well I guess they did not know you did they ? Lying is one of the really bad sins that is unfortunately so common in this world……much worse the many others in my eyes because so many others can get badly hurt. Yes what they did against you and your reputation is awful but they also tried to cheat so many simple people who wanted better health and to look better ! I am proud of you. Also, you and your body are a known factor in the bodybuilding world so you are very wise to protect your reputation.

On a happier note, all seems to be going well here. I am still losing a little {too little probably} weight but at least it is going in the right direction. Our summer has been good as we head into cooler weather. I did lose my old dog and good walking buddy so walks have not been as much fun as they were. I need to find another good friend.

Hope all is well with you and your family and as always it is good to know you are well and still able to speak up and to be seen seen.

    1. John, good to hear from you. Yeah man, these guys are “stealing” money from hopefuls who believe their lies. Just crazy how bad the world is…!
Awesome to hear things are well with you and the weight is coming off.
Loosing your dog, man that is emotional stuff. Dogs are such emotional friends with us, it is like loosing a family member.
We got a miniature schnautzer for Janu – he loves the dog!
      Keep well my friend.
      Gert
